Fountain Alley Mixed-Use Building - As part of the downtown revitalization for the San Jose Redevelopment Agency, RTK Architects was commissioned by the CIM Group to develop a 4-story building, with the ground floor consisting of 30,000 square feet of retail, restaurants and entertainment venues, with 96 rental apartments above and 236 subterranean parking spaces. 96 Units over 30,000 square feet of Retail Space.
Sailhouse Lofts - A vacant lot for years, this will be infilled with a bold mix of retail and residential spaces. Special detail was taken to address neighborhood concerns resulting in a melding of scale, proportion, circulation and views. This 45,000 square feet, building will be a great addition to this seaside community by creating a gateway between the cities of Santa Monica and Venice.
