Yeshiva Ohr Elchonon - RTK is designing a 27,000 square foot, 3-story dormitory building and a 6,000 square foot, single-story multi-purpose auditorium addition to an existing junior high and high school owned by Chabad. This will allow the school to increase their student population from 135 students to 201 students.

Youth Center - Serving the community of El Monte , this 20,000 square foot Youth Center consists of three (3) buildings on a 1.04 acre site. This new development will offer a gymnasium, auditorium, computer classrooms, arts and crafts room, and a child development center.  The Design Documents are currently under review by the El Monte Planning   Department for a Conditional Use Permit  (CUP).
