Radisson Huntley Hotel - RTK was commissioned to provide Construction Documents for this facade renovation and seismic rehabilitation of an existing seventeen story hotel.

Ilona Building / 631 Wilshire - Commissioned, by the developer, to design an art deco building, RTK refurbished this existing 2-story building to accommodate the clients needs. The project included the complete facade renovation as well as the addition of 2 floors of residential units and a rooftop garden.

Tides - A new 37,000 square foot building with two levels of commercial space and two story apartments on top creates a 24 hour urban environment in one of the most important intersections in downtown Santa Monica . The varying roof lines of the residential units recall similar historical urban rooftop housing prototypes, while the commercial spaces activate the street with retail uses, large display windows and balconies from the offices.
