DreamWorks Production Studios - A new 7,500 square foot, 2-story building for DreamWorks Production. The design included an exposed wood truss ceiling and outdoor decks.

W.I. Simonson Mercedes Benz - This expansion of an autodealership blends in with the existing dealership across the street. RTK provided a new outdoor display area and a 2-story building with a subterranean structure to accommodate a vehicle display area, sales and administrative offices and service areas.

Knorr Chang - This two story, 10,000 square foot office building sets new standards in shaping 14th street of Santa Monica . Large glazing panels open up the structure into street activities. Juxtaposition of metallic panels, glass and plaster in stepping planes, compliments the geometric character of this contemporary building design.
