The building design incorporates highly efficient glass, solar panels and shading elements allowing for an airy light welcoming feeling.

Santa Monica Studios - This new 30,000 square foot building is an artful composition of glass, wood, steel and plaster. Behind the walls you will find a lush courtyard, state-of-the-art studio and production facility spaces. The third floor contains beautiful live/work lofts with grand trellised decks and views to the Santa Monica mountains.
