Design Issue and Challenge
Master Plan and Design the required large space adjacencies within a limited site, while meeting the needs of the users and the community well into the 21st century.

Design program includes a full multi-purpose gymnasium, multi-purpose community rooms, child care center, pre-school facility with a playground, and senior's and youth activity areas, as well as a computer learning center.
