CURRENT POSITION OPEN AT RTK ARCHITECTS:
Senior Manager -
Reports to Principals. Responsible for all aspects of the technical quality, management and profitability of the firm’s contracts under his/her control. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure that a high quality management, administrative, and technical service is provided by project managers.
- Take action as necessary to maintain the firm’s high reputation for excellent management of projects.
- Ensure that sufficient numbers of employees are trained to assume the leadership of all key technical and management functions within the division, or recruiting outstanding personnel to fill these positions.
- Provide effective leadership to the managers and employees who report directly to the senior manager.
- Ensure that the firm’s policies, systems, and procedures for technical work, management, and administration are implemented.
- Serve as lead technical person and senior reviewer for larger and technically complex projects.
- Mentor less experienced technical staff.
Requirements: B.A. in Architecture. Architectural license. 20 years experience minimum.

Project Managers - Architect with 10+ years experience in
commercial projects, strong management and client skills with
a strong business development track record.
Job Captain - Architect or Designer with experience in commercial
projects, strong management skills with good communication
and organizational skills. AutoCAD expertise a must.
Designers - experience in commercial and institutional design
and a strong commitment to quality design. AutoCAD expertise
a must. Degree in architecture required.
Draftspersons / Junior Designers - 3-5 years experience in
architecture with knowledge of space planning, Construction
Documents, good design and organizational skills desired. AutoCAD
expertise a must. Degree in architecture required.
