Dormire - This is a 30,000 square foot, mixed-use building with four stories of retail and offices. The elevation is stepped to maintain a pleasant pedestrian scale. The first two stories act as a base and provide the articulation for the pedestrian surroundings. Pleasant wood storefronts and landscaping allow for a friendly atmosphere. This building, with its proper scale and proportion to its surroundings, is a physical connection in the development of a well-scaled urban fabric between 4th Street and the vibrant 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica, California.

1331 4th Street - This four-story, 15,000 square foot building is the third in a series of contiguous buildings that RTK completed on this street. The facade is broken down to simulate a village atmosphere and is accented by a copper-roofed tower.
