1333 Ocean Avenue – This 77-room hotel with subterranean parking is being designed for Hill Street Partners. The concept incorporates the renovation of tow existing historic buildings. The new hotel takes its cue from the existing Spanish-revival building, and is organized around a new courtyard that will have restaurant seating, a public plaza and private outdoor patios. A special amenity will be a rooftop deck with pool, which will allow visitors to enjoy the splendid view to the Pacific Ocean.

Anaheim Center – This project is one of several that RTK is doing with CIM Group, LLC. It is part of an overall redevelopment project consisting of several buildings in downtown Anaheim. The imagery is dictated by the local community’s wish to work closely with the historical fabric of Anaheim and the adjacent Carnegie Annex Library/Museum. The project contains 64 residential units above a podium of 20,000 sq. ft. of retail. Expected completion: Summer 2006.
