Old Navy - This 25,000 square foot Old Navy store is located on the Third Street Promenade in the city of Santa Monica . RTK worked with Old Navy's design department and provided working drawings and construction administration on this flagship store. RTK's experience with the City of Santa Monica helped expedite this project through the stringent city review process and meet the opening date.

Fountain Valley Shopping Center - RTK provided full scope of architectural services from programming and site planning through construction supervision on this shopping center in Fountain Valley . This project proved to be quite a challenge design wise, because the center is located within two cities - Fountain Valley and Santa Ana .

Venice Crossroads - This project was a rehabilitation of a series of existing indistinct warehouse buildings. RTK remodeled and seismically upgraded 90,000 square feet of existing buildings and added 60,000 square feet of new construction including two new pad buildings and parking for 621 cars. RTK worked closely with the various tenants to accommodate their particular needs.
