Hollywood Plaza - Master Plan services, as well as streetscape improvements and community outreach for a whole square block of retail mixed-use development in Hollywood , California . The project includes commercial businesses, offices, housing and a hotel. RTK is working closely with the Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency on this 600,000 Square Foot project.

Gotham Hall - RTK was commissioned to study a facade renovation of this building in order to highlight the pool hall on the 2nd floor. A new entrance and signage, as well as a second floor "show window" achieved this goal.
