The challenge was in accommodating the program within the long narrow space. Utilizing simple and careful use of materials with imaginative detailing, the design achieved a modern "streamlined" space.

The ideas demonstrated by this project build on the typology of film company renovations in several towers along Wilshire Blvd. , while exploiting the richness of wood, stainless steel, aluminum and glass.

Infuzion Café - Tenant Improvements for a small café specializing in gourmet coffee and tea drinks. The design incorporates the use of slate limestone, stained woods and custom paint finishes to achieve the client's goal of a warm and comfortable neighborhood coffee house capable of accommodating occasional readings and performances.
