Intervisual - This existing one story bow truss building was renovated for a graphics and communication company. The existing wood trusses and brick walls were maintained and refurbished. The use of wood and glass window walls allowed for definition of space while maintaining an open visual feeling. Large skylights bring natural light into the interior of the space.

BIZ Movie/Video Library - This existing warehouse building was renovated into a new Movie/Video Library and Research Center. The project included the addition of a second story mezzanine as well as complete renovation of the facade and interiors.
